The Donor Dash 5K run/walk honors the lives of organ and tissue donors, celebrates the lives of transplant recipients and recognizes those who continue to wait for a lifesaving transplant. 

Hosted by the Donor Alliance for the past 20 years in Washington Park this event continues to build on its success with over 6,000 registrants and the largest footprint at Denver’s highest-profile park.


1940s Ball and White Christmas Ball

Big Wheel Events is the production team that proudly coordinates these signature events. From installing the dance floor to bar management to trash pickup, we bring an unforgettable evening to more than 3,500 guests.

The 1940’s Ball and the White Christmas Ball bring the glamour of the 1940’s to life right here in Denver. Whether enjoying a summer evening under the stars at The 1940’s Ball or an elegant holiday night on the town at the White Christmas Ball guests at these events step back in time and are treated to dancing, WWII era vehicles, museum displays, breath-taking prop designs, main stage entertainment, and so much more!

Blue Shoe Run

Big Wheel Events rolls in to manage registration and all race operations for this annual 5k run/walk sponsored by The Urology Center of Colorado and with a mission to raise prostate cancer awareness. The Urology Center of Colorado uses the latest diagnostic tools to identify urologic conditions and aid in the development of comprehensive treatment programs for prostate cancer.
